This page explains what information is used when you visit Roleplay-chat.com, how third-party services may process data, and how refunds work for the 'Uncensored mode' one-time unlock.

1) What we are (and what we are not)

Roleplay-chat.com is an anonymous, no-login AI roleplay chat. Your character and conversation remain available on your device, not on our servers, unless you clear your browser data. We do not offer user accounts, profile pages, or “social” features. For your privacy, your information and conversations are not stored on our servers.

2) Information you provide

You may type character details (name, personality, scenario, etc.) and messages. You may optionally upload a profile photo for your character. These inputs are used to generate roleplay responses and to render your chat UI.

  • Character inputs: name, language, personality, scenario, optional avatar, and any optional traits you enter.
  • Chat messages: the text you send in chat.
  • Payment selection: if you choose 'Uncensored mode', you complete a PayPal checkout to unlock that mode.

3) Where your chat data lives

Your character and chat data are stored locally on your device and in your browser, not on our servers. This allows you to return to your conversation anytime using its unique link, as long as you do not clear your browser data.

Tip: Bookmark each character’s unique link for easy access and to continue the conversation later.

4) Cookies, analytics, and ads

We may use third-party services to understand traffic and to display ads. These providers may set cookies or use similar technologies according to their own policies.

  • Google Analytics may collect usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser info) to help us improve the site.
  • Google AdSense may use cookies or identifiers to show ads and measure performance.

You can control cookies in your browser settings. Depending on your region, you may also have additional opt-out choices.

5) Payments (PayPal) and what we receive

Payments for 'Uncensored mode' are processed by PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. PayPal may provide us limited information needed to confirm the transaction (for example, a payment status and transaction identifiers).

  • Payment is a one-time unlock for 'Uncensored mode'. Not subscription.
  • Your statement may show a descriptor like “Playing game”.

6) Age requirement

The 'Uncensored mode' option is intended for adults only. If you are under 18, do not purchase or use 'Uncensored mode'. If you believe a minor used this feature, contact us at [email protected].

7) How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate the chat experience (create characters, display messages, generate replies).
  • Prevent abuse, troubleshoot bugs, and keep the service reliable.

8) Data sharing

We do not collect your personal information. We don't know who you are. We share limited data only with service providers required to run the site, such as analytics, ads, and payment processors, and only to the extent necessary for those services to function.

9) Security

No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable measures to protect the service. You are responsible for keeping your device and browser secure.

10) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect product changes or legal requirements. The “Effective” date at the top will change when we do.

11) User Responsibility for Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any content you create, generate, or use through this service. We do not control, monitor, or endorse user-generated content. Any unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate use of the service is the responsibility of the user. We shall not be liable for any damages, claims, or legal consequences arising from such use.

Refund Policy for payment

'Uncensored mode' is a digital, immediately-accessible unlock. Because access is granted right after successful payment, all sales are generally final, except where required by law.

  • Delivered as intended: If the unlock is delivered and you can access 'Uncensored mode' in your current tab, we do not typically offer refunds.
  • Non-delivery / technical issue: If you were charged but the unlock did not activate, contact us within 24 hours with your PayPal transaction details. We will investigate and, if confirmed, we may re-enable access or issue a refund.
  • Accidental clearing browser data / device reset: Your data remains stored on your device and in your browser unless you clear your browser data. Access may be lost if browser data is cleared, the device is reset, or you switch devices or browsers. Refunds are not provided for such user-side actions.
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, access may be blocked and we may be unable to restore service.
